ABOUT
US

Since its inception in 1979, Fairfax County Crime Solvers has worked diligently with police, the public and the media to ensure that those who have information on crimes and criminals have a way to report their tips without the fear of retaliation.

Ask a police officer if Crime Solvers is beneficial and they will answer with a resounding yes! The success of the program is evident when officers are able to close a case and apprehend a criminal based on a tip received through Crime Solvers. Many times, people have the information that law enforcement is seeking but simply do not provide it due to fear. Crime Solvers provides the public with a vital tool in the fight against crime; an outlet, protected under law, that aids police, promotes a safer community and provides the potential of a cash reward!

For many, the reward money is the incentive to come forward. Each year, Crime Solvers Board members strategize new methods of fundraising to support their efforts. As a non-profit group, they are not directly funded; donations are received through the business community and the public. Without those donations, the Board would be unable to pay its anonymous tipsters and the program would fail.

You can do your part to ensure the future of Crime Solvers in your community! Simply make a tax-deductible donation to this non-profit, 501C3 organization. Your contribution enables the Board to continue paying tipsters for their vital information when it results in an arrest and/or case closure.

If you or your business would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to help
