Crime Solvers Seeks Suspect in Robbery and Abduction Case Fairfax County Crime Solvers is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man responsible for abducting and attempting to rob a 35-year-old Sterling woman. The woman was working at the Taco Bell, located at 8200 Lee Highway in the Falls Church area, on Wednesday, July 11. At 1:30 p.m. a man wearing a business suit entered and identified himself as a health inspector to the woman. The employee walked the man around the restaurant as he took notes and commented on food storage conditions. After the inspection, the man asked to use the employee’s office in order to write his report. Once inside the office with the employee, the suspect shut and locked the door. The victim attempted to leave but was ordered to sit on the floor. The suspect implied a gun and demanded money; however, there was no cash in the office. The suspect fled the restaurant on foot. The victim had no apparent injuries.

A $100 to $1,000 cash reward will be paid for information that leads to an arrest. As always, callers never have to give their names or appear in court.
