Update-Exposure Suspect Arrested
A Crime Solvers tip led detectives to the identity
of the suspect in an exposure which occurred on Saturday, October 18. On Friday,
October 31 detectives arrested Lopez McCray, 42, of 6305 Frenchmans Drive,
Alexandria, and charged him with exposure. He was taken into custody at his job
at Cameron Run Regional Park in Alexandria and transported to the Fairfax County
Adult Detention Center.
Detectives are continuing an investigation into the possibility that there are

Identity
Sought In Exposure Case
On Saturday, October 18 just after
midnight, a 29-year-old Alexandria woman was the victim of an indecent exposure.
She was the clerk at a store in the 4800 block of Beauregard Street when a man
approached the counter to pay for items. During this transaction he exposed
himself. The clerk walked away and the suspect left the store. There were no
injuries.
The suspect was described as black, in his 40s. He was approximately 6 feet 2
inches tall and about 210 pounds. He had black hair, brown eyes and a mustache.
He was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. The suspect may have fled in a dark,
four door Jeep Cherokee.
