ABOUT
US

To Whom It May Concern

The men and women of the Fairfax County Police Department are honored and privileged to serve a supportive and engaged community. This support is demonstrated in many ways, but one of the most effective is the Fairfax County Crime Solvers program, which is a community-oriented partnership between citizens, the business community, the police, and the media working together to fight crime.

The Fairfax County Police Department wholeheartedly supports and endorses the work of Fairfax County Crime Solvers, Inc., and I strongly encourage you and your business or organization to consider supporting their efforts as well. Fairfax County Crime Solvers, Inc., also regularly needs new board members who are willing to get involved in making our community a safer and better place to live, work, and play. The commitment of the board members has truly made a difference in our community.

Community safety is a shared responsibility and we are all stakeholders. As they receive no public funds, Crime Solvers depends on donations from citizens and businesses to pay for the tips that so often help our Police Department solve crimes and arrest offenders. Any support or assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated, not only by Crime Solvers, but by the community, the men and women of the Fairfax County Police Department, and by me.

When asking what you can do to help your community and your Police Department, please consider supporting Crime Solvers and join us in working together in the fight against crime.

Sincerely,

David M. Rohrer, Colonel
Chief of Police
Fairfax County Police Department
